1. Scope and purpose

Newman Commercial Real Estate (“Newman CRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Newman CRE Social Analytics (the “Application”) as an internal business tool. The Application is designed to retrieve performance information for the Newman Commercial Real Estate LinkedIn Company Page and display that information in internal marketing reports and dashboards.

The Application is not offered as a public consumer service and is intended only for authorized Newman CRE personnel.

2. Information we may collect

When an authorized LinkedIn Page administrator connects the Application, we may receive information permitted by the administrator’s LinkedIn permissions and the LinkedIn APIs, including:

• LinkedIn organization, Page, post, share, video, or other content identifiers;
• Page and content details, such as post URLs, publication dates, content types, and text needed to identify Newman CRE content;
• Aggregate Page and content performance information, such as impressions, reach, clicks, reactions, comments, reposts, engagement rates, video views, watch time, and follower or visitor trends;
• Basic account or administrator information made available by LinkedIn to authenticate the connection and confirm authorization; and
• OAuth access tokens and related technical information required to maintain a secure connection to LinkedIn.

We do not request or intentionally collect LinkedIn passwords, private messages, private contact lists, or sensitive personal information through the Application.

3. How we use information

We use information obtained through the Application to:

• Authenticate authorized users and confirm Page permissions;
• Retrieve and organize Newman CRE Page and post analytics;
• Measure content performance and prepare internal marketing reports;
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Application; and
• Comply with applicable law, LinkedIn requirements, and valid legal requests.

We do not sell LinkedIn data or use it to create advertising profiles about individual LinkedIn members.

4. Disclosure and service providers

Information may be accessible to authorized Newman CRE personnel and to service providers that support secure hosting, authentication, database, workflow, reporting, or technical operations. These providers may process information only to provide services to Newman CRE and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as necessary to comply with LinkedIn’s platform rules. We do not sell or rent personal information obtained through the Application.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by the Application. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need.

Aggregate Page and content performance information may be retained for internal trend analysis. OAuth tokens, account information, and any information associated with an identifiable LinkedIn member are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the Application’s operation, as permitted by LinkedIn, or as required by law. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, when authorization is withdrawn, when the Application is discontinued, or when deletion is otherwise required.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Choices, revocation, and deletion requests

An authorized user may revoke the Application’s access through applicable LinkedIn account settings. Revocation prevents future access but may not automatically delete information already lawfully retained.

To request access to or deletion of information associated with an authorization, email Info@NewmanCRE.com with the subject line “LinkedIn Data Request.” We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before completing a request. We will respond and delete eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, and contractual obligations.

7. LinkedIn and third-party services

The Application uses LinkedIn services and APIs. LinkedIn’s collection and use of information are governed by LinkedIn’s own agreements and privacy policy. Other service providers used by Newman CRE are governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

8. Children’s privacy

The Application is an internal business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application, applicable law, or LinkedIn requirements. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
